These
rates include winter storage for the current year.
A $30.00
yearly fee is asked for additional freezer or refrigerator.
Washer
and dryer would be $60.00 per year.
There
is an additional fee of $4.00 per day for the use of an air conditioner or
heater. For each overnight guest there
is a charge of $4.00 per night.
Seasonal
fees are due in full by March 1, 2012.
After this date the site becomes available to other campers. Season runs
from May 1 until Oct. 15.
