About Us
 We are the Mike
and Linda Thomas family, owners of the Big Lake Campground. As our daughter
wrote for a school assignment, "It's a friendly little campground that's
right across the road from Lake Michigan. The campground is a very comfortable,
lovable place." We like to think that it's big enough to provide the services
you need and small enough to make you feel at home.

We Offer
We offer a peaceful place to sit back and relax. Campers can walk down
by the pond, make new friends or play volley ball. Charter fishing services
are available from captains in camp. Usually reservations need to be made
ahead of your visit. Come for the hot fishing and stay for the cool weather.
On hot summer days enjoy the natural air conditioning of Lake Michigan

attractions and shopping.
Daily Rates for Family of Four ($4.00 each additional person)
Only one unit per site, please
No hookups..............................$22.00 site fee
Water/Electric hookups.............$25.00 site fee
Water/Electric/Sewer hookups...$28.50 site fee
Trailer Rental.............................$50.00 per day
Stay 6 days and get the 7th day free (excluding sewer sites)
A $4.00 fee per day will be charged for the use of an air conditioner,
heater, or freezer.
Monthly: Full hook-ups -- $465.00, Water/Electric -- $435.00
